Express Wash Holdings, LLC is a newly formed operating company created to build and scale a diversified express car wash portfolio. 

Headquartered in New York City and West Palm Beach, the company is the second venture founded by managing partners Shike Goedar and Jack Cooney, commercial real estate entrepreneurs with over $20 billion in transactional experience at leading institutional real estate private equity firms, including Colony Capital, Partners Group, AllianceBernstein, PCCP, and Black Creek Group. 

Express Wash Holdings is owned by the management team and funds affiliated with several ultra-high net worth single-family offices and has partnerships with leading institutional private equity investors and REITs.
